Shipping rates

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. For Shopify Collective products shipped to the United States, rates are calculated by the supplier based on your order and destination. Items from different suppliers may ship separately and may have separate shipping charges. Any free-shipping option available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Product-specific estimates: If a product page lists a supplier-specific shipping estimate, that estimate applies to that item instead of the general 7–14 business day guideline below. Delivery times vary by supplier, product, and destination. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Use our Track Your Order page to look up your shipment.

International Orders

For international shipments, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
