Refund policy

Contact sceesay@babyme.online within 30 days of delivery before returning an item. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and no restocking fee applies.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if available. The unused-condition requirement does not apply to defects discovered during normal use. Babyme covers necessary return-shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Sale items
Sale items have the same return eligibility as regularly priced items.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time.
